My galfriend, Lee, finally committed to get a new roof on her 100 year-old house. She is on a small fixed income. Her roof had 3 layers under her cedar-shaked roof. It was and looked a mess.
I helped her interview 3 other roofing contractors before we called Apex and we interviewed and got an estimate from Pete Barner.
I know 'people'... after working 50 years as journeyman wireman/electrician with the IBEW, working large jobs all over the Country. Pete with Apex is one of the most generous and honest persons I've come across in construction.
His guys worked in 100 degree temps tirelessly to get Lee's roof done and did so in a timely manner...a very well-coordinated crew. They had all her flowers, plants and shrubs around the house covered and did a beautiful clean-up after. Very professional and at a better price than the other estimates.

His service was above and beyond and he made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. Apex Roofing was amazing.   The estimate was quite thorough, we knew exactly what was going to be done.  They were fast (staged all their supplies on one day and did the entire roof replacement in another day), friendly and professional.  They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.  They left our yard and driveway in better condition then they found them.  Pete came by the day after to make sure everything had been done correctly and that we were happy with the job. My house was in need of a new roof, I contacted several companies to get price quotes and Apex came in at the best price. My neighbor had them do his house and I watched the crew as they worked throughout the day and I was very impressed with their speed and quality of work, so it was a no-brainer for me to hire them.

Pete came to my house and explained all my options very thoroughly and for me to easily understand. Approximately 2 weeks later I had a new roof on my house and my shop. It took their crew only 12 hours to do both; this included  stripping the old roof, and a very thorough clean up around the house before they left. The next day a member of their company came by with a large magnet and did another sweep of the area just to be sure everything was picked up. I appreciated this very much.

I had  an issue with a vent that was installed, I contacted Pete, and less than 24 hours later the problem was fixed.

After calling a lot of roofers in the area. And getting no response. I called Apex and was given to Pete. He was so nice and was willing to answer all my husbands questions. He explained things in detail and even helped with giving the insurance information.

Apex Roofing is an incredible roofing contractor.  I had searched for four years for a roofing contractor willing to tackle a steep, complex roof on a nearly 100 year old home, and only Apex rose to the challenge.  Pete, Evan, Matt, and the rest of the team at Apex are great professionals, and will answer any questions on the cost, logistics, materials, and any other consideration in the roofing job.
